Yes you can but the rules state you are not allowed to have huge blocks of lyrics on the wallpaper. if you find a way to order them cleverly, that's fine. just no paragraphs

What i mean by design is put thought into it. not just throw things on a page. I recommend sketching to get a good idea how you want to organize things first. If you want an example, here is one I have made, and of course there is always sesshy's wallpapers. i'm not really sure who is popular now.

Question: Does it have to be only the artist on the wallpaper or can it have the artist plus references to a song that they sing plus the lyrics to that particular song? In other words the wallpaper would have a theme of a song...

BTW, you may want to add not wanting past wallpaper entries.
